MVIN Acceptable Use Policy

- Any third party accessing MVIN services
Acceptable Use
Users are encouraged to:
- Use the platform honestly and lawfully.

- Respect other users.
- Protect account credentials.

Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in activities that compromise the platform or other users.

Property Listing Standards
Listings should be:
- Accurate
- Lawful

- Complete
- Non-deceptive
Users are responsible for ensuring the information they publish is truthful.
Account Security
Users should:
- Use strong passwords.
- Protect login credentials.
- Enable available security features.
- Report suspected account compromise promptly.
Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
System Security
Users must not:
- Attempt to bypass authentication.
- Probe or scan platform vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Abuse APIs.
- Overload system resources intentionally.
- Circumvent rate limits.
- Access data belonging to other users without authorization.
User Content
Users remain responsible for content they upload.
Content must not:
- Be fraudulent.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Contain malicious code.
- Violate privacy rights.
- Mislead users.
- Encourage unlawful activity.
MVIN may remove content that violates this policy.
AI and Automated Systems
Users must not use automated tools to:
- Generate fraudulent listings.
- Manipulate recommendation systems.
- Scrape protected platform data.
- Circumvent security controls.
- Abuse AI-powered platform features.
Authorized automation may be permitted through approved APIs where available.
Enforcement
MVIN may take appropriate action when this policy is violated, including:
- Warnings
- Content removal
- Temporary restrictions
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Restricting access to specific features
- Reporting unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where required
Enforcement decisions will consider the severity, intent and frequency of violations.
Reporting Abuse

- Unauthorized access
